 COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, worldwide shipping is experiencing major disruption. EMS tracking number will most likely be able to be tracked. However, a few customers have reported that their tracking numbers are lagging in update. Even by EMS, orders will be shipped slower than usual. Please expect your orders to be delivered in 14-20 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Where can I track my order's shipment?

When will the item that I want to buy be restocked?

Most of the time, we do not have any exact schedule on item restocking. Everything will depend on the amount of stock left and the volume of orders we received. For more accurate information, please make sure to check Meyoco's twitter or instagram.

I suddenly realize my shipping address is incorrect. What should I do?

You could still inquire about a change of your shipping or billing address 1 day after you make your order. Please email us your correct address as soon as possible to: info@meyoco.art. After this period, we are unable to change your items or any shipping information.

What if I have not received my order?

Please check your confirmation email if you have written the correct shipping address. If the shipping address is incorrect, the only advice we could give is contact your local postal service if there is anything they can do to help you.

If your shipping address is correct, please try tracking your order through our recommended tracking site.

If there is any problem with the tracking number status, please contact your local postal service for further information.

Please understand that what happens after orders are transferred to the postal service are beyond our control. We are unable to contact your country's postal service for you.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Registered Airmail Delivery Time: 21-45 days

Express Mail Service (EMS) Delivery Time: 7-9 days

However, all shipping timelines are estimated. We are not responsible for any delays or liability caused by the postal service. Please contact your local postal service for further information.

The items I received are damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. What should I do?

If your items arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please let us know so we can try to send you a replacement as soon as possible. Email us with the picture of the said items at info@meyoco.art

I am from Canada. Why is the only shipping available Express Mail Service?

We apologize for the inconvenience. For shipments to Canada, the default shipping option is Express Mail Service (EMS) because Registered Airmail orders sent to Canada are untrackable. Packages sent to Canada using Registered Airmail may also take 2-3 months to arrive. We do not accept requests to send orders to Canada using Registered Airmail. Our store's priority is to ensure a fully trackable package and quick delivery.

Do you sell Meyoco's print on this store?

Unfortunately, this store does not handle Meyoco's print sales. You can check Meyoco's prints store via INPRNT: https://www.inprnt.com/frames/meyoco/

Can I use Meyoco's artwork as my tattoo design?

Meyoco does not mind at all if people want to get one of her artworks tattooed, or get a tattoo based on one of her artworks. You don’t have to pay her to use the design, as she considers it to be for personal use.
